Centralized approval management
XS-Approval offers a central module for establishing financial entitlement to a very wide range of business items. This check is always based on the same set of master data (e.g. user data and line management relations from HR); however, it also relies on a very broad range of attributes (e.g. cost items) from the business items themselves. This centralization ensures that the approval, say, of an invoice follows the same criteria and rules as for the approval of an order. XS-Approval is usable with all approval-related XS-BPM suite modules and thus supports a uniform process of approval, irrespective of the process. This in turn ensures that your company always conforms both to internal rules and to external requirements.
